Talent Search and Identification

RNF conducts regular search of talented children, capacities of instructors, and availability of talent development facilities. These surveys are aimed at identifying needs and collecting data about the state of talent development in the particular communities. This is executed through sampling Early Childhood Development Centers and secondary schools across the country. Information collected during this process will help us in planning for interventions in those localities. The data will also help us identify children who would benefit from our various programs. From the information we get during these surveys, RNF creates periodic reports – County Talent Wealth Reports, that shall be used in lobbying government and partner organizations for support.
