Michael .N. Geoffrey

Michael .N. Geoffrey is a motivated development practitioner, strategist and researcher. He has expertise in climate Change adaptation, program management, grant management and resource mobilization. Michael has over 5years’ experience in programming, managing and coordinating development projects. Currently, he works as the chief Program Manager at Reinhard Nyabinda Foundation(RNF). Michael is an innovative, resourceful and results oriented person who has a wide experience in technical training and leadership. Moreover, he has a number of success stories on coordination and management projects ensuring timely and effective delivery of outcomes.
Worked as the Field Program Associate-Penguin Agricultural Limited (PAL) providing technical assistance to key field researchers and enumerators on various projects such as the impact of Covid -19 Pandemic on organic and conventional farmers and mitigation strategies implemented in eleven African countries and funded by Biovision African Trust. A holder of degree in Bachelors of Science in Horticulture from the University of Nairobi and Diploma in Project Management from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Trained on Community based programs, Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation (PPME).Michael is passionate about working with vulnerable communities with an aim of leading, developing and implementing community based responsive programs, focusing on the people centered approaches that build local knowledge, drive self-growth and empowerment.
