Derick Ogwang

Derick Ogwang offers over 8 years of professional experience from the public, private and civil society sectors. He has worked with international development organizations in Kenya. His core areas of work experience combine civil society development, good governance, livelihood and small business development with a focus on vulnerable groups. He is highly versed and recommended in research design, review and evaluation of international development initiatives. He is currently head of research and community development investigator at RNF, which consults on strengthening community and positive engagements. In addition, Ogwang is a colossal award winner having been mentioned and certified as a peace ambassador by books for peace award 2020 where he received Books for Peace special award in Rome Italy. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Crop protection and research from the University of Nairobi and a certificate of social work and community development from American University in Cairo Egypt.
