Reinhard Nyabinda

Founder, Chairman & Executive Director

Reinhard is a Master of Business Administration (MBA) – Strategic Management holder as well as Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) – Business Administration graduate from The University of Nairobi (UoN) and Strathmore University (SU) respectively. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration at the Unicaf University. He is both public and private interest business figure specializing in International Business and Strategic Management and Economic policy advisory.
Throughout his life, Reinhard has held various leadership roles both in and outside the country which he has used to positively impact the lives of underprivileged in the society. Reinhard has used his skills, experience, positions and expertise in various organizations and sectors he has been to streamline operations and bring about a turnaround in the management at both the board, top management and middle management levels. He, thus, has a wealth of experience in Management, Leadership and running of the affairs of organizations.
Reinhard has a deep passion in Community Service and a strong sense of CSR activities. Besides, he is a vocal defender of the rights of girls, boys and underprivileged people in the society and a great lover of education. As the Executive Director and Chairman of RNF, he has managed to steer the organization in line with the vision and mission statements living with the Organization’s dreams of supporting education, talent growth and economic empowerment for hundreds of young Kenyans as well as working with women, youth groups and person living with disabilities (PWDs) on income-generating activities to better their lives and ultimately changing the society by elevating them from poverty. Reinhard calls this noble course a ”payback” to Kenya, himself being a beneficiary of Strathmore Sports Scholarship (SSS) in Campus for his undergraduate studies.
