Talent Nurturing

Following search and selection of talented children in the various categories (Athletics, Sports, Performing Arts, Games, Arts etc) the process of nurturing starts.
Through use of appropriate manuals, the children are mentored, inspired, developed and empowered in pursuit of their personalized gifts. This is done using An-Age-By-Age based manual to spur their potential gradually. They are also taught about family values, patriotism, communication-social-and life skills apart from appreciation of cultural diversity of their neighborhoods.
Nurturing is intended to produce future high performance leaders who will also account and be responsible for their actions and these should begin at an early stage.
